Audience
Remote and hybrid employees at Virevia & Co. in customer service, HR, marketing, and administrative roles. These employees work across the U.S. and have intermediate tech skills, regularly using Zoom, Gmail, Slack, and internal systems.
Solution
Virevia & Co. faced a growing number of minor cybersecurity breaches among remote and hybrid employees due to inconsistent knowledge of best practices and social engineering threats. This training was designed to close those gaps by equipping employees with clear, scenario-based guidance on how to identify, avoid, and report cybersecurity threats.
By reinforcing key security habits and aligning them with real daily tasks, the course supports the company’s goal of reducing unauthorized access incidents by 50% and protecting sensitive customer, employee, and business data.
Highlights
The module utilized a branching scenario to follow a "day in the life" of a remote worker navigating common cybersecurity decisions, supporting relevance and retention.
Content is chunked into concise sections with clear, actionable takeaways. Scenarios and mini-assessments connect prior knowledge to practical application.
Includes accordion and toggle interactions, drag-and-drop sorting, email reviews, and scenario-based decision-making to maintain learner engagement.
Process
To create an engaging and actionable cybersecurity training, I developed a relatable storyline featuring an internal IT professional narrator. A detailed design document incorporated branded assets and realistic elements like a simulated email inbox. I also designed two user-friendly job aids. Evaluations aligning with Kirpatrick's Level 2 include three knowledge checks reinforcing key concepts, a scenario-based quiz with a 75% passing score, and a Level 3 assessment after three months. This follow-up review by the IT department will compare pre- and post-training cybersecurity incident data to measure improvements in timely reporting and safer practices.

Audience
Frontline managers at IronVale Solutions, a mid-sized manufacturing company. Most are male, aged 30–50, with high school diplomas or associate degrees, and have experience conducting interviews but lack formal training in structured, legally sound, and competency-based hiring practices.
Solution
IronVale Solutions identified a 35% turnover rate in new hires due to inconsistent and non-compliant interview practices. Many managers have relied on gut instinct, resulting in poor hiring decisions and increased attrition. This eLearning course was developed to address these issues by equipping managers with structured, fair, and legally compliant interviewing techniques. The company aims to improve retention rates to 75–80% by helping managers develop interview plans, use job-aligned questions, eliminate bias, and apply consistent candidate evaluations.
Highlights
Uses a “choose the right candidate” scenario that puts learners in the role of a hiring manager making decisions throughout an interview process.
Chunked content and job-specific examples help learners build confidence and apply the skills immediately.
Includes choose your path, multi-choice, click-to-reveal, and card flip interactions to maintain learner engagement.
Process
To create a structured interviewing course, I researched best practices and developed a detailed design document, ensuring the course flow mirrored a real interview process. I incorporated subtle customization and familiar branding elements to enhance relevance. Evaluations include knowledge checks reinforcing legal and unbiased questions, a scenario-based quiz requiring an 80% passing score at Kirkpatrick's Level 2, and a Level 3 assessment reviewing interview documentation and retention rates three months post-training.

Audience
Customer service and technical support representatives at Teknexa Systems, a call center specializing in customer support and technical services. These representatives have 1–5 years of experience and basic communication training but struggle to consistently apply active listening techniques, especially during high-stress calls.
Solution
Customer frustration and communication breakdowns were impacting Teknexa Systems’ retention and satisfaction metrics. Internal surveys and customer reviews pointed to a lack of active listening as a key source of dissatisfaction. This training was developed to equip representatives with the practical tools and behaviors needed to validate, clarify, and summarize customer concerns in real time. It aims to support Teknexa’s goal of improving customer retention by 10% within six months by fostering more empathetic, clear, and confident support interactions.
Highlights
Uses examples of good vs. poor responses to model effective listening, giving learners a safe space to explore better communication habits.
The training is short, mobile-responsive, and practical. It focuses on realistic call situations where learners must interpret tone, ask clarifying questions, and summarize needs.
Learners engage with a variety of interactive elements, knowledge checks, reflection prompts, and scenario-based decision-making moments to reinforce key skills.
Process
I designed this course by aligning content with the goal of improving customer retention through active listening. I developed an engaging, responsive course featuring real-world scenarios, integrated assessments, and a practical job aid. Evaluations include a Kirkpatrick's Level 2 assessment with knowledge checks and a final quiz, and a Level 3 assessment analyzing post-training performance.

About The Project
Improve workplace safety and compliance at Lumetix Labs by onboarding new employees with OSHA and emergency preparedness training. Learners applied hazard recognition, PPE use, and appropriate responses to medical emergencies, chemical spills, fires, and severe weather, fostering confident, consistent actions during high-stress situations.
Project Details
Audience
New Lumetix Labs employees in laboratory and office roles, aged 25-55. Learners bring scientific, technical, or administrative experience but lack building-wide emergency knowledge. Lab staff are familiar with biosafety protocols, while office staff understand evacuation basics but need training on laboratory-specific hazards.
Solution
New hires lacked consistent emergency readiness, causing confusion in drills and slow incident responses. This onboarding training was designed to equip all employees with foundational safety skills like recognizing OSHA's role, identifying hazards, and responding to emergencies. The course supports Lumetix Labs' goal of instilling a strong safety culture from the outset while ensuring OSHA compliance.
Highlights
Introduces OSHA standards and hazard types in a clear format for new employees.
Scenario-based activities let learners practice distinguishing emergency responses, cleanup vs. evacuation, and shelter vs. evacuation.
Mobile-responsive, self-paced Articulate Rise course, reinforced by an Emergency Response Checklist poster.
Knowledge checks, matching/sorting activities, and a final scenario-based quiz evaluate learner readiness.
Process
I designed this course to align with OSHA compliance and foster a strong safety culture during onboarding. I created an interactive Rise course balancing compliance with realistic scenarios, knowledge checks, and a graded quiz. A supplementary Emergency Response Checklist poster extends learning beyond the course. Evaluations include Kirkpatrick's Level 2 assessment with embedded quizzes and Level 3 assessment through supervisor observations during drills and audits.
